Complete Health Questionnaire and Lab Work
After being onboarded, you will complete your lab work and health questionnaire prior to your initial consultation. This is designed to understand your symptoms, lifestyle, history, and performance goals. If you have recent labs, you can submit those and if they contain all needed tests you will not need new lab work.
Meet with a Licensed Medical Provider
Meet via phone, video, or in person with your RHM licensed medical provider to review your symptoms, health questionnaire, lab results, and to discuss any and all concerns you may have. Together you will discuss your diagnosis, and we will build a personalized treatment plan specifically for you.
Start your personalized treatment plan
Your medications are shipped discreetly to your home. Your RHM team will continue to monitor your progress and notify you when it’s time for refills, labs, and follow up consults. All of this is so that we can together personalize your treatment to achieve your desired goals.
Ongoing Treatment
Your RHM team will communicate when it is time for your follow up labs and consultations. We are also here 24/7 via your patient portal if you have questions or concerns.
