Returning patients like you can skip the initial appointment and 90-day follow-up. All you need is a 15–20-minute restart appointment, which includes updated labs to ensure your treatment plan is perfectly tailored to your current needs and you are back on track! For those interested in our monthly payment plan, your cost would be $211.00/month.
Please note: if you have not been seen for an initial appointment with RSM, the cost would be $249.00/month.
Whether you prefer to continue your care with us in-office or via telemedicine, we have you covered. In-office patients will only need an annual follow-up, while telemedicine patients will need one every six months (if you have already been seen in one of our offices you are an in-office patient). Plus, you can choose between our comprehensive packages or select from our à la carte options.
