As of Thursday, September 28, 2023, at 1pm PDT, in response to California Board of Pharmacy regulation changes, compounded Semaglutide will no longer be available to California residents through licensed compounding pharmacies.

Please use your patient portal (https://phr.charmtracker.com/), respond to this email, or call your team at RSM (310-452-3206) if you would like to order refills before the deadline; we are working closely with Empower to provide you with this medication prior to the cutoff.
We are sorry for the California Pharmacy Board’s decision, and we are looking for alternatives to allow for Semaglutide use at reasonable cost to California residents.
