During the holidays, Empower Pharmacy is experiencing a higher volume of requests and UPS/Fed-Ex are experiencing shipping delays related to weather. We ask that you allow 5-7 business days for Empower to process and send your medication.
We suggest requiring a signature for delivery for your requested medications, so that if lost or stolen in transit, the liability rests with the carrier. Otherwise, the carrier will not assume responsibility.
